A THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING FROM 3 TO 50 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF COMPONENT (A) WHICH IS A MALEIMIDE COPOLYMER COMPRISING FROM 40 TO 80 WT% OF RESIDUES OF AN AROMATIC VINYL MONOMER, AT MOST 20 WT% (EXCLUDING 0 WT%) OF RESIDUES OF AN UNSATURATED DICARBOXYLIC ACID ANHYDRIDE MONOMER, AT LEAST 10 WT% AND LESS THAN 60 WT% OF RESIDUES OF AN UNSATURATED DICARBOXYLIC ACID IMIDE DERIVATIVE AND FROM 0 TO 20 WT% OF RESIDUES OF A VINYL MONOMER COPOLYMERIZABLE THEREWITH; FROM 0 TO 50 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF COMPONENT (B) WHICH IS A VINYL COPOLYMER COMPRISING FROM 60 TO 80 WT% OF RESIDUES OF AN AROMATIC VINYL MONOMER, FROM 20 TO 40 WT% OF RESIDUES OF A VINYL CYANIDE MONOMER AND FROM 0 TO 20 WT% OF RESIDUES OF A VINYL MONOMER COPOLYMERIZABLE THEREWITH; FROM 3 TO 50 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF COMPONENT (C) WHICH IS A GRAFT COPOLYMER OBTAINED BY GRAFT POLYMERIZING FROM 35 TO 65 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF A MONOMER MIXTURE COMPRISING FROM 50 TO 80 WT% OF AN AROMATIC VINYL MONOMER, FROM 20 TO 40 WT% OF A VINYL CYANIDE MONOMER AND FROM 0 TO 30 WT% OF A VINYL MONOMER COPOLYMERIZABLE THEREWITH, TO FROM 35 TO 65 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF A RUBBERY POLYMER; MORE THAN 20 PARTS BY WEIGHT AND NOT MORE THAN 56 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF COMPONENT (D) WHICH IS A POLYAMIDE RESIN; AND MORE THAN 12 PARTS BY WEIGHT AND NOT MORE THAN 40 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF COMPONENT (E) WHICH IS AN ELASTOMER COPOLYMER OF ETHYLENE-a-OLEFIN CONTAINING AT MOST 5 WT% (EXCLUDING 0 WT%) OF RESIDUES OF AN UNSATURATED DICARBOXYLIC ACID MONOMER AND/OR RESIDUES OF AN UNSATURATED DICARBOXYLIC ACID ANHYDRIDE MONOMER; PROVIDED THAT THE TOTAL OF COMPONENTS (A) TO (E) IS 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT; SAID THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING A MELT FLOW RATE (MFR) OF FROM 3 TO 40 G/10 MINUTES AT 265°C UNDER A LOAD OF 10 KG.
