IN A STEP (S1), A RESIN, SWITCH CASING (22) WITH AN INSERT MOLDED METALLIC TERMINAL (24) IS SUPPLIED. THE SWITCH CASING (22) HAS A RECESSED BORE (22B), ON A BOTTOM SURFACE OF WHICH AN IMMOVABLE CONTACT (23) IS EXPOSED. THE IMMOVABLE CONTACT (23) IS INTEGRAL WITH THE METALLIC TERMINAL (24). IN A NEXT STEP(S2), A MOVABLE CONTACT (27) HAVING A MEMBRANE DOME SHAPE IS ASSEMBLED INTO THE RECESSED BORE (22B), SO THAT THE MOVABLE CONTACT (27) IS POSITIONED ABOVE THE IMMOVABLE CONTACT (23). IN A NEXT STEP (S3), A PUSH BUTTON (28) IS MOUNTED ON THE MOVABLE CONTACT (27) SO THAT THE MOVEABLE CONTACT (27) IS ELASTICALLY DEFORMED BY THE PUSH BUTTON (28) WHEN A DEPRESSING FORCE (F) IS APPLIED ON THE PUSH BUTTON (28). IN A NEXT STEP (S4), A COVER PLATE (29) IS ENGAGED WITH THE SWITCH CASING (22) SO AS TO CLOSE THE SWITCH CASING (22), THEREBY ACCOMPLISHING AN ASSEMBLING OPERATION OF PUSH BUTTON SWITCHES (19) SERIALLY CONNECTED IN THE HOOPED CONDITION. IN A NEXT STEP (S7), AN OPERATIONAL INSPECTION IS PERFORMED FOR CHECKING THE BEHAVIOR OF EACH ASSEMBLED PUSH BUTTON SWITCH (19) BY DEPRESSING THE PUSH BUTTON. AND, IN NEXT STEP(S8), EACH PUSH BUTTON SWITCH IS SEPARATED FROM THE HOOP ASSEMBLY AFTER FINISHING THE OPERATIONAL INSPECTION.(FIG.9)
