A PLURALITY OF BOLTS (24, 44) IS RESPECTIVELY INSERTED THROUGH THE HOLES (22, 42) AND ENGAGED IN THE SLEEPER (10). A PLURALITY OF V-SHAPED SLOTS (28, 48) IS LONGITUDINALLY DEFINED AT A BOTTOM FACE OF THE BODIES (20, 40). A PLURALITY OF CUTOUTS (30, 50) IS DEFINED AT A SIDE ADJACENT THE RAIL (14) AND A PROTRUSION (34, 54) IS FORMED BETWEEN EACH TWO CUTOUTS (30, 50) TO CONTACT WITH THE RAIL (14).
