THE FORMALDEHYDE CAPTURING AGENT IS ADDED TO THE DECORATIVE LAYER BY FORMING THE DECORATIVE LAYER WITH INK CONTAINING THE FORMALDEHYDE CAPTURING AGENT, OR IS ADDED TO A LAYER SEPARATE FROM THE DECORATIVE LAYER. WHEN THE DECORATIVE SHEET IS BONDED TO ONLY SIDE OF THE BASE BOARD, ANOTHER SHEET THAT RESISTS PERMEATION OF FORMALDEHYDE OR CAPTURES FORMALDEHYDE IS BONDED TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BASE BOARD TO FURTHER REDUCE THE RELEASING OF FORMALDEHYDE.
