THE PRESSENT ALTAR COMPRISES A VERTICAL BOARD HAVING AN UPPER EDGE, A LOWER EDGE AND SIDE EDGES, SUBSTANTIALLY RECTANGULAR HAVING A SUSPENSION HOLE PROXIMITY TO THE UPPER EDGE OF THE BOARD FOR MOUNTING ONTO A PEG OR SUPPORT ON A WALL; A HORIZONTAL BOARD HAVING AN OUTER EDGE FORMED INTO A DOWNWARD EDGE; A PAIR OF SIDE SUPPORTS SUBSTANTIALLY RIGHT ANGLED AND HAVING A CONCAVE EDGE, WHEREIN THE SIDE SUPPORTS ARE FASTENED TO THE SIDE EDGES OF THE VERTICAL BOARD AND THE HORIZONTAL BOARD WITH A PLURALITY OF SCREWS SUCH THAT THE TWO BOARDS ARE PERPENDICULAR TO EACH OTHER AND THE DOWNWARD EDGE OF THE HORIZONTAL BOARD IS LOCATED AT THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SIDE CONNECTED TO THE VERTICAL BOARD; AND A SLIDING BOARD BEING SUPPORTED AND SLIDABLY MOUNTED ONTO A STEPPED MEMBER POSITIONED AT THE EDGE OF THE SIDE SUPPORT SUPPORTING THE HORIZONTAL BOARD AND BEING BENEATH THE HORIZONTAL BOARD SUCH THAT THE HORIZONTAL BOARD IS SLIDABLE BELOW THE HORIZONTAL BOARD, THEREBY THE PRAYER ALTAR IS EASILY ASSEMBLED AND IS PROVIDED WITH THE SLIDING BOARD TO EXTEND THE OVERALL HORIZONTAL SURFACE OF THE PRAYER ALTAR WHEN IN USE.
