AN APPARATUS FOR TREATING ORGANIC WASTEWATER CONTAINING LOW BIODEGRADABLE LIPID HAS A TIGHTLY SEALED BIOREACTOR, THE BIOREACTOR MIXES ORGANIC WASTEWATER WITH SLUDGE CONTAINING LIPIDDECOMPOSING YEAST TO PERFORM A BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT IN A MIXTURE. AN AERATOR AERATES HIGH CONCENTRATION OXYGEN GAS INTO THE MIXTURE, AND A SEPARATOR SEPARATES WASTEWATER AS AQUEOUS FROM THE MIXTURE AERATED BY THE AERATOR. THE AERATOR MAY BE REPLACED BY AN AERATOR AERATING AIR INTO THE MIXTURE UNDER PRESSURE.(FIG. 1)
