A HOOP MATERIAL WINDING METHOD FOR WINDING A HOOP MATERIAL (1) INCLUDES THE STEPS OF: ENGAGING AN ENGAGING PART (8B) PROVIDED AT ONE OF TWO ENDS OF A GUIDE MEMBER (8) WITH AN ENGAGING PART OF A BOBBIN (11) PROVIDED AT A CENTER OF THE BOBBIN; ENGAGING ANOTHER ENGAGING PART (8B) PROVIDED AT THE OTHER END OF THE GUIDE MEMBER WITH A LEADING END OF A HOOP MATERIAL; AND ROTATING THE BOBBIN, THEREBY WINDING THE GUIDE MEMBER AROUND THE BOBBIN AND SUBSEQUENTLY WINDING THE HOOP MATERIAL ENGAGED WITH THE GUIDE MEMBER AROUND THE BOBBIN.
