A STATIC PARAMETER IDENTIFYING MEANS DETERMINES A RESTRICTIVE CONDITION TO BE IMPOSED ON PARAMETERS, ON THE BASISI OF @STATIONARY INPUT AND OUTPUT DATA. A DYNAMIC PARAMETER IDENTIFYING MEANS DETERMINES THE VALUES OF THE PARAMETERS WITHIN A RANGE MEETING THE RESTRICTIVE CONDITION DETERMINED BY THE STATIC PARAMETER IDENTIFYING MEANS ON THE BASIS OF NONSTATIONARY INPUT AND OUTPUT DATA STORED IN THE INPUT-AND-OUTPUT DATA STORAGE MEANS, AND SENDS THE VALUES OF THE PARAMETERS TO THE PARAMETERS VALUE STORAGE MEANS.(FIG 1)
