THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A PRINT RESIN FILM LAMINATED TO A DECORATIVE SHEET HAVING HIGH DISTINCTNESS OF GLOSS WHICH HAS AN ORNAMENTAL DESIGN PATTERN OF A SUPERIOR AESTHETIC APPEARANCE EQUAL TO OR MORE THAN THAT OF A CONVENTIONAL SHEET HAVING HIGH DISTINCTNESS OF GLOSS MADE OF A POLYVINYLCHLORIDE RESIN FILM AND HAS EXCELLENT SURFACE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES SUCH AS STAINING RESISTANCE, SOLVENT RESISTANCE AND THE LIKE AND A DECORATIVE SHEET HAVING HIGH DISTINCTNESS OF GLOSS TO WHICH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED RESIN FILM IS LAMINATED. AN ADHESIVE RESIN LAYER (4) MADE OF A COPOLYESTER FILM, A COLORED RESIN LAYER (5) AND A BASE RESIN LAYER (7) WHICH FORMS A PRINT GROUNDWORK MADE OF POLYBUTYLENE TEREPHTHALATE FILM, OR A DESIGN PATTERN PRINTED LAYER (6A) AND A MAT DESIGN PRINTED LAYER (6B), AND FURTHER A TRANSPARENT SURFACE RESIN LAYER (11) ARE LAMINATED IN ORDER FROM THE LOWERMOST LAYER TO PRODUCE A PRINT RESIN FILM LAMINATED TO A DECORATIVE SHEET HAVING HIGH DISTINCTNESS OF GLOSS, AND THIS PRINT RESIN FILM LAMINATED TO A DECORATIVE SHEET HAVING HIGH DISTINCTNESS OF GLOSS IS ADHERED TO A SUBSTRATE (2) SUCH AS A WOODY SHEET, A METAL SHEET, AN INORGANIC BOARD OR THE LIKE TO PRODUCE A DECORATIVE SHEET (12).(FIG 1)
