THE BOSSES EACH HAVE AN AREA OF 0.05-5 MM2 AND OCCUPY 2-30OF A UNIT AREA. AN ELECTRET FILTER IS PREPARED BY FOLDING THE FILTER MATERIAL INTO A CORRUGATED FORM AND ATTACHING A SHAPE RETAINER THERETO.
