THE STAND (10) IS TO BE HELD ON A SUBSTANTIALLY HORIZONTAL SURFACE WITH THE RECEPTACLE PLACED AT THE BASE FRAME PORTION (40) TO RECEIVE SAID VISCOUS FLUID.
