AN INNER PLUG (10) IS PROVIDED WITH A DISCHARGE NOZZLE (11), AND A RESTRICTION (12) FORMED IN THE DISCHARGE NOZZLE (11). THE DISCHARGE NOZZLE CAUSES A LIQUID MEDICINE TO FLOW BY REPLACING IT BY AIR IN EVERY SHAKE-OUT ACTION, AND THE RESTRICTION (12) RESTRICTS THE FLOWING QUANTITY OF THE LIQUID MEDICINE TO A SUBSTANTIALLY CONSTANT QUANTITY. THE INNER PLUG (10) WHICH IS VERY SIMPLE IN THE ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION CAN PRACTICALLY KEEP THE DISCHARGE QUANTITY OF THE LIQUID MEDICINE AT CONSTANT, AND THUS THE DISCHARGED QUANTITY OF THE LIQUID MEDICINE IN EVERY SHAKE-OUT ACTION CAN BE PRACTICALLY SUPPRESSED TO A CONSTANT LEVEL. THEREFORE, A SUBSTANTIALLY CONSTANT QUANTITY OF THE LIQUID MEDICINE CAN BE DISCHARGED BY A SPECIFIEC NUMBER OF SHAKE -OUT ACTIONS, THE INNER PLUG IS NOT RESTRICTED TO A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER MAIN BODY (20), AND PRODUCTION COSTS CAN BE REDUCED.
