ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT INVENTION, BY COMPLETE COMBUSTION OF THE FUEL, FUEL ECONOMY AND POWER OUTPUT OF AN ENGINE CAN BE SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED AND THE EXHAUST GAS CAN BE CONSIDERABLY REDUCED.
