DRUM TYPE WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE (1) INCLUDES WATER TUB (3) HAVING A REAR PORTION AND A FRONT PORTION, CYLINDRICAL ROTARY DRUM (5) HAVING A BOTTOM SURFACE AND AN OPENING AND DISPOSED IN WATER TUB (3) SUCH THAT A ROTATIONAL AXIS THEREOF IS SLANTED TOWARD THE REAR PORTION OF WATER TUB (3) OPPOSITE TO THE FRONT PORTION WHERE THE OPENING OF ROTARY DRUM (5) IS FORMED, DRUM DRIVING MOTOR (4) FOR ROTATING ROTARY DRUM (5), AND INPUT SETTING UNIT (43) FOR SETTING OPERATION COURSES OF MACHINE (1), INPUT SETTING UNIT (43) INCLUDING AN INNERWEAR WASHING AND/OR DRYING COURSE IN WHICH AN OPERATION CONTROL FOR THE WASHING AND/OR THE DRYING OF INNERWEAR IS AUTOMATICALLY PERFORMED.
