THE TOPCOAT PAINT COMPOSITION INCLUDES A CURING HYDROXYL-CONTAINING ACRYLIC RESIN, A POLYSILOXANE COMPOUND, AND AN ISOCYANATE CURING AGENT.A CONCRETE FORM PLYWOOD ACCORDING TO ONE EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION INCLUDES A SUBSTRATE HAVING A SURFACE COATED WITH A FILLER COAT PAINT FILM (A) FROM A CURING ACRYLIC RESIN COMPOSITION, AN MIDDLE COAT PAINT FILM (B) FROM ANOTHER CURING ACRYLIC RESIN COMPOSITION, AND A TOPCOAT PAINT FILM (C) FROM THE ABOVE TOPCOAT PAINT COMPOSITION. A PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING IS ALSO DISCLOSED. A CONCRETE FORM PLYWOOD ACCORDING TO ANOTHER EMBODIMENT INCLUDES A SUBSTRATE HAVING A SURFACE COATED WITH A FILLER COAT PAINT FILM (A') FROM A CURING ACRYLIC RESIN COMPOSITION, AN MIDDLE COAT PAINT FILM (B' ) FROM A MOISTURE CURING URETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND A TOPCOAT PAINT FILM (C' ) FROM A CURING ACRYLIC RESIN TOPCOAT PAINT COMPOSITION.
