Abstract
THERE IS PROVIDED A RECYCLING SYSTEM OF WASTE LIQUID OF ANIMAL OR PLANT OIL WHICH CAN LOWER REDUCE DISCHARGE OF EARTH WARMING GAS TO PREVENT WARMING UP OF THE EARTH. THE RECYCLING SYSTEM PURIFIES THE WASTE LIQUID BY REMOVING SAND, SOLIDS, AND SUSPENSIONS WHICH ARE CONTAINED IN THE WASTE LIQUID OF ANIMAL OR PLANT OIL, AND RECYCLES THE CLEAN WATER THUS OBTAINED AS WATER FOR INDUSTRIAL USE AND RECYCLES THE DRIED CAKE (52) AS A SUB-FUEL OF A FACTORY. AFTER CONDUCTING A PRETREATMENT FOR SEPARATING AND REMOVING SAND, SOLIDS AND OIL CONTAINED IN THE WASTE LIQUID, FURTHER, THE WASTE LIQUID IS SUBJECTED TO AEROBIC AERIFICATION TREATMENT, AND FLOC IS FORMED BY ADDING AND MIXING NEUTRAL INORGANIC POWDER FLOCCULANT TO THE WASTE LIQUID, AND WASTE LIQUID CONTAINING THE FLOC IS SUBJECTED TO CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR (31) BY USING A LIQUID CYCLONE SO THAT SEPARATED WATER IS REMOVED. AFTER FLUID CONCENTRATE OF THE FLOC IS OBTAINED, THE FLUID CONCENTRATE OF FLOC AND SOLIDS ARE DRIED TO OBTAIN DRIED CAKE (52). SANDS ARE RETURNED TO LAND SOIL. OIL IS RECYCLED.
