A DRUM TYPE WASHING MACHINE INCLUDES HOUSING (1); A CYLINDRICAL WATER TUB (6), HAVING CYLINDRICAL BODY AND BOTTOM (2C), PROVIDED WITH FIRST OPENING (3A) THROUGH WHICH A LOADING/UNLOADING OF LAUNDRY IS PERFORMED, WATER TUB (6) BEING ACCOMMODATED IN HOUSING (1); AND CYLINDRICAL ROTARY DRUM (5), PROVIDED WITH SECOND OPENING (5A) CORRESPONDING TO FIRST OPENING (3A), HAVING BOTTOM (5D) AND A SUBSTANTIALLY HORIZONTAL OR SLANTED ROTATIONAL AXIS, ROTARY DRUM (5) BEING ROTATABLY ACCOMMODATED IN WATER TUB (6).
