THE PRESENT INVENTION DISCLOSES AN IMPROVED TRUCK CHASSIS (10), WHICH COMPRISING OF A CLOSED CHASSIS FRAME BEING RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE, HAVING A PAIR OF MUTUALLY PARALLEL LONGITUDINAL SIDE RAILS (11, 12) WITH AN OPTIMIZED WALL THICKNESS OF THE CENTER PORTION (14) OF THE SIDE RAILS (11) IN ORDER TO STIFFEN THE CHASSIS FRAME (10), A PAIR HOLLOW TUBULAR SECTIONS (16, 17) AFFIXED AT THE ENDS OF SAID LONGITUDINAL SIDE RAILS (11, 12) AND A PLURALITY OF CROSS-MEMBER (18,19,20) PERPENDICULARLY AFFIXED AT THE REAR AND CENTER PORTION OF THE RECTANGULAR CLOSED FRAME CHASSIS TO FORM SUB-FRAMES. THE TORSION RIGIDITY OF THE CHASSIS FRAME IS IMPROVED DUE TO THE REINFORCEMENT EFFECT OF THE CENTER CROSS-MEMBER (20), WHICH IN THE FORM OF AN ?A?
