THE PROTECTIVE COVER (27) IS DIVIDED INTO REMOVABLE PARTS (27A, 27B, AND 27C), AND IS DISASSEMBLED INTO THE PARTS (27A, 27B, AND 27C) TO EXPOSE THE OUTER PERIPHERY OF THE TRACTION SHEAVE (16).
