Abstract

A vehicular insect repellent device (1) is configured to supply a volatile component produced from a mat insecticide (25) heated into a cabin. The vehicular insect repellent device includes; a case (15, 115) which is housed in a recessed portion (3a) formed in an interior part (3) in the cabin and includes in the side facing the cabin, an insertion port (21c) to which the mat insecticide is inserted and a recessed groove communicating with the insertion port. The vehicular insect repellent device further includes a heating unit (29) which is provided within the case and heats the mat insecticide. At least a part of the mat insecticide is exposed through the recessed groove so as to be visually recognized by an occupant.
