TO PROVIDE A STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE IN WHICH AN ELECTRICAL COMPONENT IS MOUNTED TO A COVER BY A SCREW AND WHICH ALLOWS THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT TO BE EASILY MOUNTED TO THE COVER AT A CORRECT ANGLE, A STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE (1) INCLUDES A RESIN-MADE COVER (24), AN ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30), AND SCREWS (41). OPENINGS (34A, 34B) ARE FORMED IN THE COVER (24). THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30) IS ARRANGED AT THE OPENINGS (34A, 34B) OF THE COVER. THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30) IS MOUNTED TO THE COVER (24). THE SCREWS (41) ARE USED TO MOUNT THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30) TO THE COVER (24). EACH OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30) AND THE COVER (24) IS PROVIDED WITH A STOPPER SURFACE (37A, 42) NON-PARALLEL TO THE RADIAL DIRECTION OF THE SCREWS (41). THE STOPPER SURFACE (42) OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT (30) AND THE STOPPER SURFACE (37A) OF THE COVER (24) ARE OPPOSED TO EACH OTHER IN A TURNING DIRECTION OF THE SCREWS (41).
