PROVIDED IS A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BIODIESEL FUEL WITH WHICH AN ALCOHOL (AUXILIARY MATERIAL) IS NOT REQUIRED, GLYCERIN IS NOT BY-PRODUCED, DIENES, AND OTHER IMPURITIES ARE UNLIKELY TO REMAIN IN A PRODUCT, A PRODUCTION AMOUNT OF COKE IS LOW, THE PRODUCT IS LOW IN POUR POINT, IS STABLE AGAINST AIR, ETC., IS UNLIKELY TO BLACKEN OR GENERATE ABNORMAL ODORS, AND IS EXCELLENT IN STORAGE STABILITY, EXCELLENT PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY ARE ACHIEVED WITHOUT INCREASE OF RUNNING COST AND DECREASE OF PRODUCTIVITY DUE TO ANCILLARY WORK OF TREATING AND REACTIVATING, ETC., A USED CATALYST, SIMPLIFICATION OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND STREAMLINING OF A REACTION APPARATUS CAN BE ACHIEVED BECAUSE A PRETREATMENT, ETC., FOR ELIMINATING FREE FATTY ACIDS FROM THE RAW MATERIAL OIL/FAT IS UNNECESSARY, AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DISTRIBUTED ENERGY SUPPLY SYSTEM THAT SUPPLIES THE NEEDED ENERGY AT LOCATIONS REQUIRING THE ENERGY IS ENABLED.
