THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A CHOCOLATE WITH ENHANCED ANTIOXIDANT LEVEL. AN ANTIOXIDANT RICH CHOCOLATE COMPOSITION COMPRISES OF COCOA COMPONENTS, SWEETENER AND VIRGIN COCONUT OIL. ADDITION OF VIRGIN COCONUT OIL INCREASES ANTIOXIDANT LEVEL OF THE CHOCOLATE. THE CHOCOLATE IS MADE FROM NATURAL COCOA INGREDIENTS THUS MAKE IT HEALTHY TO CONSUME. THE PRESENT INVENTION ALSO RELATES TO A METHOD FOR PREPARING AN ANTIOXIDANT RICH CHOCOLATE.
