BIASING FORCE IS ACCUMULATED IN THE BIASING MEANS (6) IN A PROCESS IN WHICH THE GEAR (5) ROTATES IN ONE DIRECTION, AND THE GEAR (5) ROTATES IN THE OTHER DIRECTION BY THE ACCUMULATED BIASING FORCE TO MOVE THE MOVABLE BODY (2) TO ONE OF THE FIRST POSITION AND THE SECOND POSITION.
