Abstract

A transfer apparatus that can accomplish both downsizing and increase of process points is provided. Double rotary pickups (2) are utilized as a carrying path. Both rotary pickups intermittently rotate by a predetermined angle around the respective rotation axes so as to direct the tips of holders (21) outwardly in the radial direction of the pickup. The rotary pickups (2) are disposed on, so as not to overlap with each other, the same plane side by side so with the respective rotation axes in parallel with each other. In addition, both rotary pickups (2) have a common stop position where the tips of the respective holders (21) of the rotary pickups face with each other. An electronic device (W) is transferred at this stop point as a transferring point (A).
