TWO CLAMP BODIES (1A, 1B) EACH HOLD A PIPE MATERIAL TO BE CLAMPED BY MEANS OF A BASE MEMBER (2A, 2B) AND A LID MEMBER (3), AND CLAMP THE PIPE MATERIAL BY TIGHTENING A NUT RECEIVING PORTION (6) ENGAGING WITH A FASTENER (4) BY TIGHTENING THE NUT (5). THE BACK ENDS OF THE BASE MEMBERS (2A, 2B) OF THE TWO CLAMP BODIES (1A, 1B) ARE CONNECTED SO AS TO ALLOW MUTUAL ROTATION THEREBETWEEN, THEREBY FORMING AN ADJUSTABLE CLAMP. A STOPPER (11) FOR OBSTRUCTING THE MUTUAL ROTATION OF THE CLAMP BODIES (1A, 1B) AT AN APPROPRIATE ANGLE IS PIVOTABLY SUPPORTED AT A PIVOT ATTACHMENT PORTION (4A) OF THE FASTENER (4), AND AN ENGAGING PORTION WHICH OBSTRUCTS THE MUTUAL ROTATION OF THE CLAMP BODIES (1A, 1B) AT AN APPROPRIATE ANGLE BY ENGAGING WITH THE STOPPER (11) IS PROVIDED ON THE BASE MEMBER OF THE CLAMP BODY (1B). A FIRST DISENGAGEMENT PREVENTION MEANS FOR PREVENTING DISENGAGEMENT THEREOF IS PROVIDED ON THE STOPPER (11) AND A SECOND DISENGAGEMENT PREVENTION MEANS WHICH ENGAGES WITH THE FIRST DISENGAGEMENT PREVENTION MEANS IS PROVIDED ON THE BASE MEMBER (2B) OF THE SECOND CLAMP BODY (1B). FURTHERMORE, SHAFTS OF THE FASTENER (4) AND THE STOPPER (11) ARE MADE COAXIAL, AND THE SHAFTS ARE FORMED SO AS TO BE ABLE TO SHIFT SLIGHTLY IN A DIRECTION IN WHICH THE FASTENER (4) IS PULLED WHEN THE CLAMP BODY (1A) IS TIGHTENED BY THE FASTENER (4) AND THE NUT (5). WHEN THE SHAFTS ARE PULLED INTO A SHIFTED POSITION, THE DISENGAGEMENT PREVENTION MEANS MUTUALLY ENGAGE.
