[MEANS FOR RESOLUTION] THE PRESENT INVENTION IS AN ANTI-SOILING AGENT COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING SOILING CAUSED BY PAPER POWDER IN A DRYING SECTION 10 OF A PAPERMAKING PROCESS. THE ANTI-SOILING AGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINS A HIGH-VISCOSITY OIL HAVING A KINEMATIC VISCOSITY OF 80 MM2/S OR MORE AT 100°C, A LOW-VISCOSITY OIL HAVING A KINEMATIC VISCOSITY OF 19 MM2/S OR LESS AT 100°C, AND AN EMULSIFIER FOR EMULSIFYING THE HIGH-VISCOSITY OIL AND THE LOW-VISCOSITY OIL. THE LOW-VISCOSITY OIL IS IN A PROPORTION OF 1.2 TO 70 PARTS BY MASS PER 1 PART BY MASS OF THE HIGH-VISCOSITY OIL.
