THEME: CONSTRUCTION OF A NOVEL FAME MANUFACTURING SCHEME CAPABLE OF REDUCING PRICE FLUCTUATION RISKS IN MANUFACTURE OF A VEGETABLE OIL/FAT, FAME, MARKETABLE ITEMS ETC. SOLUTION MEANS: A FAME MANUFACTURING METHOD, BY WHICH A VEGETABLE CRUDE OIL OBTAINED FROM A RAW OIL MATERIAL IN A PRESSING/EXTRACTING STEP AL IN A VEGETABLE OIL/FAT PRODUCTION SYSTEM A AND A FATTY-ACID-CONTAINING BYPRODUCT BY-PRODUCED IN A REFINING STEP A2 OF THE VEGETABLE CRUDE OIL ARE MIXED (REFERENCE NUMERAL 1) AND FAME IS MANUFACTURED BY A NON-CATALYTIC METHOD IN A REACTION TANK 7 OF A FAME MANUFACTURING PORTION B, IS PROVIDED ALONG WITH A FAME MANUFACTURING SYSTEM RELATED TO THE METHOD. FOR EXAMPLE, IF A PRODUCTION AMOUNT OF A VEGETABLE OIL/FAT IS TO BE INCREASED BASED ON A SUPPLY AND DEMAND BALANCE OR PRICE FLUCTUATION, THE VEGETABLE CRUDE OIL SUBJECT TO THE VEGETABLE OIL/FAT MANUFACTURE IS INCREASED, THE VEGETABLE CRUDE OIL SUBJECT TO THE FAME MANUFACTURE IS DECREASED, AND THE MIXING RATIO OF THE FATTY-ACID-CONTAINING BYPRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO THE VEGETABLE CRUDE OIL IS INCREASED. THE PRODUCTION OF THE VEGETABLE OIL/FAT CAN THEREBY BE INCREASED, THE FAME CAN BE MANUFACTURED WITH STABILITY, AND PRICE FLUCTUATION RISKS IN MANUFACTURE OF THE VEGETABLE OIL/FAT, FAME, ETC., CAN BE REDUCED.
