Abstract

THERE IS PROVIDED A METAL CLOSE TYPE SWITCH GEAR THAT CAN PREVENT HIGH-TEMPERATURE AND HIGH-PRESSURE OCCURRING DUE TO AN INTERNAL ARC ACCIDENT FROM FLOWING BACK BEFORE HAPPENS AND HAS HIGH RELIABILITY. THE METAL CLOSE TYPE SWITCH GEAR INCLUDES A CHECK VALVE TYPE FLAPPER (13A) WHICH IS PROVIDED IN A VENTILATION PATH (12) FOR VENTING THE CABLE CHAMBER (3) IN WHICH A CABLE (7) AS HIGH-PRESSURE EQUIPMENT IS MOUNTED AND CLOSES THE VENTILATION PATH (12) IN RESPONSE TO THE INCREASE OF THE INTERNAL PRESSURE IN THE CABLE CHAMBER (3), AND A LATCH (14) THAT IS PROVIDED AT A CLOSE POSITION OF THE CHECK VALVE TYPE FLAPPER (13A) AND PREVENTS REVERSING MOTION FROM THE CLOSE POSITION DURING THE CLOSING OPERATION OF THE CHECK VALVE FLAPPER (13A).
