THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A BIOFUEL PRODUCTION SYSTEM (10) COMPRISING; AT LEAST A HEATER (12) TO PROVIDE HEAT FOR THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF BIOMASS OIL TO FORM A DECOMPOSED OIL, A SERIES OF VESSEL WHERE THE BIOMASS OIL IS COLLECTED IN A VESSEL (14), A SERIES OF CONDENSER TO OBTAIN VARYING OIL DISTILLATE, A SERIES OF PUMP, A FEEDER (28) FOR FEEDING A SOLVENT TO A STIRRING VESSEL (26), CHARACTERISED IN THAT; THE BIOMASS OIL IS CIRCULATED FROM THE VESSEL (14) TO BE HEATED BY THE HEATER (12) POSITIONED IN A CIRCULATION CHAMBER FOR THERMAL DECOMPOSITION IN THE ABSENCE OF OXYGEN AT ULTRA HIGH SPEED; AND THE DECOMPOSED OIL RETURN TO THE VESSEL (14) THEREBY FACILITATE EFFECTIVE CONVERSION OF BIOMASS OIL TO LIGHTER DECOMPOSED BIOMASS OIL, WHEREIN THE LIGHTER DECOMPOSED BIOMASS OIL COMPRISES MAINLY HYDROCARBON.
