A METHOD OF REDUCING PRODUCTION OF LIGNIN CONTENT IN THE PLANT OF HEVEA BRASILIENSIS COMPRISES THE STEP OF DOWN-REGULATING EXPRESSION OF AT LEAST ONE NUCLEIC ACID TEMPLATE CONTAINING SEQUENCE SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2, SEQ ID NO.3 AND SEQ 1D NO.4 IN AT LEAST ONE CELL.
