THE METHOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION INCLUDES: DETERMINING A VALID DEMANDING USER ACCORDING TO INFORMATION OF A PROGRAM DEMANDED BY USERS IN AN ON-DEMAND CHANNEL; SEARCHING FOR A MEDIA FILE ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION OF THE PROGRAM DEMANDED BY THE 10 VALID DEMANDING USER, PLAYING THE MEDIA FILE AND OUTPUTTING A VIDEO STREAM TO THE USERS IN THE ON-DEMAND CHANNEL; AND ACQUIRING TEXT INFORMATION OF A REAL-TIME COMMENT SUBMITTED BY ONE OF THE USERS RECEIVING THE VIDEO STREAM IN THE ON-DEMAND CHANNEL, ADDING THE TEXT INFORMATION OF THE REAL-TIME COMMENT IN THE VIDEO STREAM AND OUTPUTTING THE VIDEO STREAM CARRYING THE TEXT INFORMATION OF THE REAL-TIME COMMENT TO THE USERS IN THE ON-DEMAND 15 CHANNEL.
