Abstract
The present invention relates to a nutritional composition containing goose bone extract as active ingredients for maintaining human?s health. The nutritional composition comprises about 35.0 % by weight of protein; about 14.6% by weight of calcium; about 11.0% by weight of total fats; about 6.0 % by weight of carbohydrate; about 5.0 % by weight of dietary fiber; about 4.0 % by weight of saturated fats; about 0.41 % by weight of sodium; about 0.14% by weight of potassium; about 0.06 % by weight of cholesterol; and about 0.004% by weight of iron. Weight fractions are relative to the total weight of the nutritional composition.
