Abstract

There is provided a steel sheet having excellent workability, which is capable of providing a good formability in actual press forming, wherein the steel has a chemical composition comprising C: not more than 0.01 mass%, Si: not more than 0.2 mass%, Mn: not more than 0.5 mass%, P: not more than 0.04 mass%, S: 0.001 to 0.03 mass%, N: not more than 0.01 mass%, Al: not more than 0.1 mass% and Ti: 0.02 to 0.1 mass% and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, and Ti4C2S2 having an average particle size of not less than 10 nm is dispersed into steel at a volume ratio of 0.005 to 0.5%.
