Abstract

A plastic bottle (10) includes a mouth (11), a neck (12), a shoulder (13), a body (20), and a base (30). The base (30) includes a central section (31), a floor-contacting section (32), and an inclined section (33) positioned between the central section (31) and the floor-contacting section (32). The inclined section (33) includes a first inclined portion (33a) uprising from an outer edge of the base (30), toward the central section (31), the first inclined portion (33a) having a first angle o1 with respect to a horizontal surface, and a second inclined portion 33b positioned between the first inclined portion (33a) and the central section (31), the second inclined portion (33b) having a second angle 02 with respect to the horizontal surface (S). The first angle 01 is smaller than the second angle o2. (Fig. 1)
