A movable automatic system for fabricating solid shaped products comprises a material reservoir?1?, a preprocessing device?2?for cutting, drying and grinding the material, a screening machine?4?for screening the preprocessed material, a material silo and supply machine?5? for storing the screened material and feeding a constant quantity of the screened material, a solidifying and shaping machine?6? which is configured to extrude the screened material to form solid shaped articles and can be installed in a movable container, a plurality of conveyers?7???8? for delivering the material to the preprocessing device?2?, the screening machine?3?, the material silo and supply machine?5?, and the solidifying and shaping machine?6? so as to establish a fully automatic operating system, and a controller?3? for controlling the delivery of material to the preprocessing device?2?, the material silo and supply machine?5?, the solidifying and shaping machine?6?and other machines and adjusting the conditions automatically according to the properties of different materials. The present invention further provides a method for fabricating solid shaped products.
