A multi-layer industrial glove comprising of: (a) first or inner glove-shaped layer (1) of fabric liner to provide for comfort and sweat management of the wearer, with (b) a second or intermediate glove-shaped elastomeric layer (2) to act as a water proof and chemical proof membrane, and (c) a third or outer glove-shaped layer (3) to provide protection as an outer shell which may be cut resistant, abrasion and tear resistant, heat resistant as well as offering adequate thermal protection and its method of manufacturing comprising a skeletal former.
