Abstract

The present invention disclosed a drop-off deliver service system 100 comprising: a chip card 200, at least one Point of Sale (POS) & Service Systems 300, at least one locker system 400, and a central host system. The POS & Service System 300 is connected to the central host system 500 over a network. The said chip card 200 is configured to be operable with the said POS & Service system 300 or the said locker system 400 via software applications installed on the said POS & Service System 300 and the locker system 400 so as to enabling a customer/card holder to perform a request/command sequences to place a service request, drop off items requiring service or pick up serviced items at the POS & Service system 300 and/or the locker system 400.
