Abstract

A worn articles (I) includes at least one around-torso member (3F, 3B), and an absorbent body (2) laid on a skin-contact surface of the around-torso member (3F, 3B) in an overlap portion (23), wherein: the absorbent body (2) includes, layered together, an absorbent core (24) for absorbing a body fluid of the wearer, a liquid-impermeable resin sheet (27) covering a non-skin-contact surface of the absorbent core (24), and an external non-woven fabric (4) covering a on-skin-contact surface of the resin sheet (27); the external non-woven fabric (4) has a shorter length in the longitudinal direction (Y) perpendicular to the girth direction (X) than the resin sheet (27), thereby providing a non-covered portion (40), where the resin sheet (27) is not covered by the external non-woven fabric (4), in a part or whole of the overlap portion (23); a pair of three-dimensional cuffs (25) are provided on a skin-contact surface of the absorbent body (2) to be in contact with a crotch of the wearer so as to prevent the body fluid from leaking; and the three-dimensional cuffs (25) do not cover a center of the resin sheet (27) in the girth direction (X), and sheets forming the pair of three-dimensional cuffs (25) wrap around end portions of the absorbent body (2) in the girth direction (X).
