Abstract

Provided are a taping apparatus (1000) and a taping method using the same, in which a tape adhering step and a tape attaching step are performed in a serial process by a tape adhesion unit perfom1ing a vertically linear motion. In one embodiment, the taping apparatus (1000) includes a tape supply unit (100, 100') supplying a tape (3), a tape transfer unit (200,200') seizing the supplied tape (3) and transferring the same in a predetermined pitch, a tape support unit (300,300') supporting the transferred tape (3), and a tape adhesion unit (400.400') adhering the tape (3) supported to the tape support unit (300,300'), cutting the same after pressing the tape (3) supported by the tape support unit (300,300') against the tape support unit (300,300'), and directly adhering the cut tape (3) to an electrode plate (1).
