Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of producing sugar comprising the step of performing an enzymatic hydrolysis process on a mixture of pulverized waste paper and/or rice husk using cellulase derived from Trichoderma reesei, wherein the cellulase is acquired by fermenting a medium containing sewage sludge using the Trichoderma reesei.
