Abstract

In an illumination lamp, a straight tube illumination lamp and a lighting apparatus in which a substrate and a heat radiation member are bonded by an adhesive, the adhesive is prevented from reaching a surface of the substrate. A substrate 12 on which an LED 11 (light emitting element) is mounted, a heat radiation member 7 on which walls 8 are formed and having a placement surface 4 on which the substrate 12 is placed, and an adhesive 9 adhering the substrate 12 and the heat radiation member 7 on the placement surface 4 are provided. The placement surface 12 is formed between the walls 8. The heat radiation member 7 has a groove 3 formed thereon for receiving a portion of the pressed and expanded adhesive 9.
