The reacting box includes a cylindrical body (112), the plurality of strip plates (120) are arranged at intervals in the cylindrical body (112), each strip plate is fixed to an inner wall of the cylindrical body (112), each strip plate is arranged inclinedly with respect to the axis of the cylindrical body (112), the plurality of strip plates (120) are arranged along a spiral line, the spiral line is a curve spirally extended along the axis of the cylindrical body (112); the feedstocks or the synthetic pellets slide on the plurality of strip plates (120) along the spiral line upon rotation of the reacting box (110). The reaction apparatus (100) has a simple structure, and feedstocks in the reacting box (110) can be evenly heated. In addition, a producing system (10) is provided.
