Abstract
A material excess portion of an elastic sleeve is prevented from being bitten between peripheral edge parts of a plurality of divided holders, so that the plurality of divided holders are tightened up by a tightening member. The plurality of divided holders (3) are moved to approach to one another in a radial direction by the tightening member (4), so that an elastic sleeve (2) radially contracts and deforms, and a material excess portion (2g) is generated. Subsequently, as the elastic sleeve (2) further radially contracts and deforms, the material excess portion (2g) that would otherwise bulge out toward between the peripheral edge parts (3a) of the plurality of divided holders (3) adjacent in a peripheral direction is restrained from bulging as a guide surface (5a) of a stopper member (5) contacts the material excess portion (2g) from the outer side in the radial direction, so that the material excess portion (2g) is restrained from bulging out and coming between the peripheral edge parts (3a) of the plurality of divided holders (3), and guided in the peripheral direction.
