Abstract

Using oil pressing and oil pressing residue from oil palm fruit at low cost, while maintaining the quality of a granulated product using the oil pressing residue. With oil pressing equipment and granulating equipment, an oil pressing step and a granulating step are executed. The oil pressing step includes an oil pressing process and a residue chip obtaining process of crushing and dehydrating the residue. Wastewater produced by dehydration is processed by a wastewater processing device equipped with oil pressing equipment. The granulating step includes a pulverizing and drying process and a granulating process. The pulverizing and drying process crushes and dries the residue chips to form pulverized chips. Here, dehydration is performed in the crushing and dehydrating process of the oil pressing step until wastewater processing equipment is not required for drying. FIG. 1
