Abstract
A water-based treatment agent not containing chrome and imparting corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, and coating adhesion of the shaped part can be provided. The water-based treatment agent comprising (A) a zirconium compound, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) a silanol group-containing compound shown in the following formula [I] and/or condensate thereof, XY(Z)nSi(OH)3-n(I), (D) a phosphoric acid compound, and (E) a tetravalent vanadium compound, wherein a mass ratio [(B)/Zr] of the epoxy resin (B) to the zirconium compound (A) converted to Zr is 0.7 to 1.5, a mass ratio [SiO2/Zr] of the silanol group-containing compound and/or condensate thereof (C) converted to SiO2 is 0.15 to 1.5, a mass ratio [P/Zr] of the phosphoric acid compound (D) converted to Pis 0.025 to 0.1, and a mass ratio [V/Zr] of the tetravalent vanadium compound (E) converted to V is 0.02 to 0.05. A water-based treatment agent not containing chrome and imparting corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, and coating adhesion of the shaped part can be provided. The water-based treatment agent comprising (A) a zirconium compound, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) a silanol group-containing compound shown in the following formula [I] and/or condensate thereof, XY(Z)nSi(OH)3-n(I), (D) a phosphoric acid compound, and (E) a tetravalent vanadium compound, wherein a mass ratio [(B)/Zr] of the epoxy resin (B) to the zirconium compound (A) converted to Zr is 0.7 to 1.5, a mass ratio [SiO2/Zr] of the silanol group-containing compound and/or condensate thereof (C) converted to SiO2 is 0.15 to 1.5, a mass ratio [P/Zr] of the phosphoric acid compound (D) converted to P is 0.025 to 0.1, and a mass ratio [V/Zr] of the tetravalent vanadium compound (E) converted to V is 0.02 to 0.05.
