Abstract

A scooter-type motorcycle (1) comprising a fuel tank (7) which is disposed under a flat footboard (24), a vehicle body cover (25) which is disposed laterally to the fuel tank (7), an opening for introducing travelling wind to a space between the fuel tank (7) and the vehicle body cover (25), a first exhaust pipe (41) which is located upstream of a catalyst housing portion (42) and is connected to an exhaust port of an engine (31), wherein the catalyst housing portion (42) is connected to the first exhaust pipe (41) and backwardly extends from the first exhaust pipe (41), and a second exhaust pipe (43) which is connected to the catalyst housing portion (42), backwardly extends from the catalyst housing portion (42) and is connected to a silencer (35).
