Abstract
The present invention provides a flavor composition containing (A) 3,4- dimethylthiophene and (B) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of dipropyl trisulfide, 2-methyl-2-pentenal and furfuryl alcohol, wherein a weight ratio of (A) and (B) is 1:6?10-8 - 5?107, which imparts a sense of cooking, can be produced easily, and can be utilized widely.
