Abstract

There is disclosed a reconfigurable, real-time signal generator apparatus (1) suitable for synthesizing any form of radar signals, particularly the Synthetic Aperture Radar signals type. In operation, the apparatus receives inputs from other attached media, generates an instantaneous phase data of the echoed signals through used of an echoed signal synthesizer core module (5), transforming the phase data to amplitude data to drive the digital-to-analog converter through used of a data conversion module (7), and present the echoed signals in analog electrical form (8).
