Abstract
A contact device of a circuit breaker comprises a rotation shaft (10), two pressing plates provided in contact mounting holes of the rotation shaft (10), and two contact knives (50) arranged side by side, wherein one end of each of the contact knives (50), that is provided with a movable contact point, penetrates through the corresponding contact mounting hole, and the other end thereof is connected with the rotation shaft (10); two pressure-bearing shafts (100) are provided at one ends, connected with the rotation shaft (10), of the two contact knives (50); each pressure-bearing shaft comprises a first column body (111), and a second column body (112) fixedly connected with one end of the first column body (111), wherein a step surface (101) is formed at the junction between the first column body (111) and the second column body (112), and an area of the step surface (101) is larger than that of a cross section of the first column body (111); the second column bodies of the two pressure-bearing shafts (100) are provided between the two contact knives (50); the end surfaces of the two second column bodies are in contact location; the first column bodies of the two pressure-bearing shafts (100) penetrate through the two contact knives (50) respectively under the limiting of the step surface (101)extend to the outside of the contact knives (50) and are fit to working surfaces (301) of the two pressing plates (30). The contact device of the circuit breaker of the utility model has a simple structure and reliable performances and is convenient to machine and assemble.
